Blue eyed soul musician best known for his covers of Beatles songs. His cover of With A Little Help From My Friends was used as the theme song to eighties TV show The Wonder Years. Cocker was known for his spastic performances, although he was never diagnosed with cerebral polsy. Cocker died in 2014 after being eligible for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for ten years. Despite this he was not nominated for the class of 2015 or 2016. His hit Up Where We Belong was featured in the film An Officer and a Gentleman.
